About Us
The Coonawarra Place (formally known as Coonawarra Units) is located in the heart of Australia’s premium red wine centre, Coonawarra in South Australia.
The accommodation is only a short walk from Zema Wines, DiGiorgio Family Wines, Wynns Coonawarra Estate, Brands Laira and Redman Wines & Cellar Doors.
Laid out in Cottage Row style around extensive lawns and gardens, The Place offers a range of accommodation options, all of it on the ground floor.
Guests receive light breakfast supplies (included in the tariff), upon arrival and have access to free WIFI.
The accommodations are particularly enjoyed by families and are great as a meeting place for friends and special interest groups. The spacious air-conditioned units all have very modern bathrooms and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and electric kettle. Each unit has a dining table with chairs and is also equipped with ironing equipment, a flat-screen TV. The property has a range of styles of units – spa units, king bed units, family units, luxury and budget units.

Very clean accomodation, everything we needed was available. Units are a good size. Close to the walking trail for the wineries. Would definitely stay at Coonawarra Units again. Highly recommend.

The units were quite large & spacious. The units are set back from the main road so quiet. Plenty of parking. The shower was over a spa but the spa was recessed into the floor so there was no trouble getting in & out.
